New sales engineer ready to create southern customer base

Engineer for the southern region of the UK. Greg Fardell has worked his way up in
the industry over the past 10 years and has joined the company with the aim of
helping Lifting Solutions become the UK leader in the supply and inspection of
material handling and lifting equipment.

Greg was previously employed with Morris Material Handling Ltd. The father of one
went from being a temporary cover in the summer of 1997 to semi skilled fitter and
finally senior sales engineer (internal), taking night classes for two years and
graduating with an HNC in business and marketing. Now, he's ready to "move onward
and upwards and begin a fresh challenge with a new and strong company".

He says: "Lifting Solutions has great facilities and management, with excellent
knowledge and talent throughout the company, enabling them to deliver on almost any
application or solution. Knowing you have this back up - and the ability to say
'yes' to your customer no matter what the enquiry - is satisfying and rewarding for
us all.

"I know I can develop further and progress within lifting Solutions. Creating a new
southern customer base for the company and new relationships from scratch will be a
challenge, but it's one I am looking forward to and that I believe I can rise to."

In his free time, Greg is kept on his toes by his 17-month-old son. But whenever he
can, the Shepshed resident indulges his passion for sports, representing the England
Bowling Association at the international level and playing football for Bardon Hill
and Long Whatton football clubs.
